Restaurant · Hemet, CA
Scope: Asphalt at the dumpster pad was failing under truck traffic. We removed the failed section and replaced it with a reinforced concrete pad sized for the trash truck approach — completed around an open, operating restaurant.

Heavy machinery needs concrete poured dead-level across its full footprint to install and run safely. NexGen self-performs industrial pads to equipment-manufacturer spec — engineered tolerances, coordinated anchor placement, and a finish that holds up under load.
